Founding Phase is a huge turning point for a NCS. We know we are ready for it when we have

1) Spent at least one year as a “mom school” establishing the culture and educational philosophy that we want for our school

2) Identified two others that are on board with the vision who can be a part of the leadership team.

The key activity in this phase is the writing of the NCS Constitution. This is a huge undertaking that will take time and commitment on the part of the Leadership Team. The following sessions will walk you through this endeavor.   You MUST let me know when you are ready for this. It is imperative that we go through this together. You will be coached through the process so that you don’t have to do it yourselves and so that you have a solid document in the end.

We will actually write a full Daisy Phase document and then remove some of the parts so that we will have a Founding Phase document (without membership) by the time we are fully finished.
